Miki Sawaguchi (沢口みき - Sawaguchi Miki, born September 1, 1975 in Yokohama, Japan) is considered one of Japan's best known AV idols and is especially famous for her natural, very large G-cup breasts. She began her adult career in 1996 and has continued to appear in one form or another on the AV scene through videos, magazines, and websites as recently as 2007 as a ‘mature woman’ performer.

Prior to her career as an adult entertainer, Sawaguchi was employed at a coffee shop, a private tutoring center, and a clothing store. Claiming that she has always loved to be photographed, she entered the adult film business in January 1996 with Crystal-Eizou studio’s video “I Have Found Breasts Larger Than My Face.” After working with Crystal-Eizou on five volumes of their “Dynamite Breast Girl” series in 1996, a producer convinced her to move to mainstream television and radio and until late 1997, was doing the late night TV rounds as a regular of “Gilgamesh Night” and becoming a prolific bikini model. In October 1997, Sawaguchi returned to AV with CII Queen label’s “Come Back to Ultra Breasts” saying that the porno industry was a place she felt right "at home." After freelancing for a variety of studios into 1999, Sawaguchi took another break from 2000 to mid-2004 to focus this time on a music career in which she released two albums and toured clubs around the world (including New York’s Knitting Factory) with her guitar noise band.

Sawaguchi again returned to the AV fold in the July 2004 release “Remembrance of Lewd Tits,” this time as a "jukujo" (mature lady) performer. She went on to shoot a few videos for mature studio Madonna into 1995 as well as make frequent appearances on “Tokyo Topless,” a Japanese big-bust website well into 2007. As of last report, she was allegedly working as a high-profile prostitute at a ‘soapland’ in Tokyo, but her scenes had continued to be included in many compilation DVDs until 2010.
